Hundreds of Kurdish politicians, journalists, scholars and intellectuals have been detained without legal basis and more than tens of independent Kurdish publications shut down in Kurdistan so far. The Islamic Republic of Iran in hunt of alleviating its internal state is planning another mass murder of Kurdish political prisoners. Taking into account that the Islamic Regime of Iran has pursued the mode of tyranny and assassinating of activists, justice and freedom-loving opponents from the creation of its outrageous regime, the Islamic Regime has never ceased revengefulness and hostility towards the vanguards, verity and freedom-loving people of Kurdistan even for a moment. The regime of Iran, which fearsome and restless, is trembling from the uprising of grave political storm of the mass movements has sought massacre in political prisons as the only tactic of saving its rule.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has broadened its brutal measures to tackle with the growth of the people's struggles in Iran. The Islamic Regime is petrified of its gloomy fate and for impeding the political activists, the former political prisoners in particular, to unite the anguishing people of Iran, has initiated a fresh round of persecutions and round- up of the former political prisoners. Many of them have been put in prison again under again under the pretext of completion of their files and computerizing their political backgrounds. Some of them have been put on trial again after the completion of their files, sentenced to death penalty and executed. In compliance to the accessible realities, the Islamic Republic of Iran has not been capable to block the upheavals of the people and the resist resolve of the political activists by resorting to these sorts of cruel techniques, arrests and mass executions in the political prisons.

Another country that treats its Kurdish population similarly is the fascist government of Turkey, which is not less cruel than the Islamic Republic of Iran, has the support of the European and American Governments for killing the freedom loving people and to suppress the hard-working people of Turkey. The Turkish Government has imprisoned thousands of it's opponents in a inhuman and medieval condition in prisons, attacks the Kurdish people and destructs their cities, villages and residential areas and forces tens of thousands of innocent people to flee from their own houses.

The Klawrojna has repeatedly warned the international public opinion and the local and international human rights organizations on continuation of gross human rights violations by the Islamic Republic of Iran against the people of Kurdistan.

We draw the attention of international public opinion toward the grave position of the Kurdish political prisoners detained by the Islamic Republic in the peaceful protest marches in the city of Mahabad. We call on all freedom loving people, progressive forces and organizations the local and international human rights organizations to put pressure on the Islamic republic in order to improve the condition of the political prisoners, to stop the execution and torture of Kurdish political prisoners and implement the following:

- Freedom of Dr. Roya Tolouei and other prisoners.
-Nullification of any mental or physical torture in order to inspect political tenets.
-Nullification of the death sentence.
-Prisoners to have the right to defense attorney and open court.
-Prisoners to have the right to appeal (to the higher court).
-Prisoners to have the right to inform their relatives and have visits.

-Stop ill treatment of the political prisoners.

-Freedom of all Kurdish political prisoners unconditionally.
