The delegation of the Kurdistan region political parties arrived at Erbil
International Airport today returning from a formal visit to Turkey.
The security situation between Iraq and Turkey, the KRG
stance, was discussed with the Turkish officials, said Salahadin Muhammad
Bahadin during statements to the reporters at the Erbil International Airport
adding that the Turkish officials showed their understanding and that they
stressed on more discussions about this issue should be done.
The delegation included, Arsalan Baaiz, PUK politburo member,
Ezedeen Barwary, KDP politburo member, Salahadin Muhammad Bahadin, general
secretary of the Kurdistan Islamic League, Mohamed Haji Mahmud, general
secretary of Kurdistan Socialist Party, and Ali Bapir Emir Kurdistan Islamic
Union.
