The Sunni delegation to Erbil have agreed with the Kurdish leader Masud Barazani primarily on a constitutional wording on Iraq Identity, it is expected that it will nor be opposed by the “coalition” Shiite list who are insisting on concluding the constitution a clear indication on Iraq Arabic Identity , among different news on the new Text.

Abdul Jalil Al Faily the political consultant of Massoud Barzani , considered that the Kurdish leaderships is not opposing the authorization of an Identity of Iraq that both Sunni Arabs and Shiites will agree. And assuring that they ( the Kurds) have waived their right in adding the phrase “Kurds in Iraq is part of Kurdish nation” indicating that a new format presented by prime minister Ibrahim Al Jafery gained the approval of Sunni sectors.

The Faily cleared that “ The Kurds were insisting during previous talks on approval of the format that they are “part of Kurdish Nation” if the Arabs insisted that they are “part of the Arab Nation” in the constitution. But President Jalal Talabani presented a waiver in agreement with Barzani so that the Kurds will not be an obstacle in Iraq relations with its Arabic surroundings. He added “the Kurdish leadership which suffered the ignorance in Saddam Hussain regime are trying to prevent neglecting any sector in the new Iraq. But the Sunni are raising their requirements roof with every waiver the get. He also added “ the Sunni’s rejection of the draft , if we supposed that, will not fail it through the referendum because the great majority of Iraqi People ( Shiites and Kurds) will stand beside the constitution, there is no constitution in the world get the full approval, and it is natural to have an opposition”.

He also cleared that Sunni and Kurdish talks in Erbil seek for a “ concurrent constitution, any agreement between the two parties must be presented to the Shiite Block “ the Coalition” and I don’t think they will refuse especially with respect to the Identity ,after the final form of “ Iraq is part of Arabic and Islamic worlds”
