Iraq bombings leave 22 killed, injured in Mosul, Kirkuk
Arbil, January 24, -KUNA- Nine Iraqi people were killed in an explosion
targeting a Kurdistan Democratic Party office in Mosul, while 13 people were
wounded in another car explosion near a police station in Kirkuk, KUNA sources
said Wednesday.
The first suicide car bombing targeted the Kurdistan Democratic Party office in
Al-Malia suburb in south Mosul, leaving nine people dead, including four guards,
and causing damage to nearby buildings, an Iraqi police source told Kuwait News
Agency (KUNA).
Another car explosion near a Kirkuk Police Station on Tuesday evening had
wounded 13 people, including several women and children, the source added.
