In a strong statement, the Turkish general said
he is the defender of the so-called republic's secular system. It should
not be forgotten that the Turkish armed forces are a side in this debate and
are a staunch defender of secularism. "When necessary, it will display its
attitudes and actions very clearly. No one should doubt that, said the
chief of the terrorist state of Turkey.
A senior US State Department official, speaking in Saudi Arabia, publicly
supported Turkish terrorism against the Kurds. Mr. Satterfield, a
senior advisor to Condi Rice, shamelessly suggested that Southern
Kurdistan's leaders should join the terrorist state of Turkish Turkey in its
evil colonial war against Kurdistan.
"America should deploy its troops in
Iraq in Kurdistan and regions neighboring Kurdistan, The troops to be
deployed would prevent Turkey from entering the region."

In his first meeting with the newly appointed US Ambassador to Iraq, the
president of Southern Kurdistan Massoud Barzani told Mr. Crocker that
Kurdish nation do not want to have problems with Turkey. He added that we
havent threatened anybody and nor will we accept anybodys threat against
us,
"The hand that will be extended to interfere in our internal affairs will be
cut, if not today then tomorrow. If neighboring, friendly and brotherly
countries have good intentions they should help us. Barzani's remarks
were moderate and logical. we support the leader of the Kurdistan region."

53 Nobel Prize winners are calling on the ethnic state of Turkey to get
rid of its controversial article 301 of the Turkish Penal Code, as well as
to stop discrimination against the Kurds in Northern Kurdistan.

We heard the Turkish officials comments and threats and sometimes the use of
impolite language. ... I don't understand how a country allows itself to
interfere in the affairs of others and become upset when others want to

The
security officials of the terrorist state of Turkey said yesterday that
eight Turkish soldiers and one village guard (Jash) were killed in Northern
Kurdistan. At least 3,000 Turkish soldiers, backed by helicopters and
village guards (Jash), were taking part in the operations against Kurdish
freedom fighters in the mountains of Shernak province.

Eight members of the Kurdish Democratic Society Party (DTP), including
Dersim Province Head Hidir Aytac, were given three years and nine months
prison sentence by the Turkish Turkey on Friday with charge of supporting
Kurdish freedom fighters.
When asked about the Turkmen minority in Kirkuk and Turkey's concern for its
ethnic brethren, Barzani shot back:
"There are 30 million Kurds in Turkey and we don't interfere there. If they (the
Turks) interfere in Kirkuk over just thousands of Turkmen then we will take
action for the 30 million Kurds in Turkey."
