Once again is the oppressive regime of Saddam Hussein is engaging in its maneuver to deceive the international community and avert a war which aims to oust him and free the Kurds as well as the Arabs in Kurdistan and Iraq from his 30 year rule of tyranny, murder and plundering of Iraqi wealth, once again are the hypocritical voices of Arab countries and economical greed of countries like Russia, China and France are trying to save the neck of the dictator on the expense of the continued misery of Iraqi people under this barbaric regime.

To the the regrets of Kurds as well as Arabs in Iraq , the Americans are not playing a very intelligent poker game, they have got the best cards in the hand but failing to set the proper combination and falling in to the bluff of the Iraqi dictator. the international community can never rid Iraq of weapons of mass destruction as long as the Ba`ath regime rules Iraq, only a democratic pluralistic and elected government would really care about the interests of Iraqi people and use the vast wealth of Iraq to build a modern infrastructure and improve the living standards of the peoples of Iraq and compensate for the enormous incapacitation of Iraq during the Ba`ath rule of Saddam Hussein.

Saddam can give in easily to the demands for inspectors going back to Iraq, because he knows that they will never find what they are looking for taking into consideration the deception and hide techniques of his regime, but he will never give in to attempts to bring in democracy and freedom for Iraqi people and make his regime accountable for grave violations of human rights and the crimes against humanity committed against Kurds, Shiites and other minorities in Iraq. It is no comfort to the people of Iraq to go into war without solid commitment for the welfare of the Iraqi people, the real way to topple Saddam and his barbaric regime is to force Iraq to implement the security council resolution 688 among others which calls for the protection of people of Iraq. Any new resolution about Iraq must explicitly include measures to end the repression of the Iraqi people by sending human rights observers into Iraq with unfettered access to people all over the country, to declare the southern no-fly zone a no-drive zone and thus depriving the Iraqi regime of its unwarranted legitimacy and to declare to the world that Saddam is in the first place an enemy of people of Iraq, and that 22 million people deserve human dignity and not only shedding crocodile tears for the thugs of Iraqi regime from those with economic interests in the stolen wealth of Iraq or those on the pay-roll of Saddam Hussein.

The issue of Iraqi people must have a similar status as the issue of dismantling WMD and the vision of democracy for post-Saddam Iraq with federal solution for the problems of ethnic diversities of Iraq. A federated Kurdistan with the rest of Iraq and the guarantee of the rights of all ethnic and religious groups in Iraq must be declared now and anchored in the future constitution of federal republic of Iraq.
The American must rest assure that all the Iraqi people are looking forwards to their action to liberate Iraq together with the Iraqi opposition. We will not accept more tricks from this dangerous and murderous regime of Saddam Hussein.
